Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wudu Basin / Novera Global. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, and related matters for orders placed through our website.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we generally process and dispatch orders within 3–7 business days.

  • Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • For made-to-order or customized products, processing times may be longer. Any extended lead time will be mentioned on the product page or communicated to you separately.

3. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight/volume, and serviceability of the pin code.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 5–10 business days for most serviceable locations within India. Remote or difficult-to-access locations may take longer.

  • These are estimated timelines only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier constraints, weather, transport conditions, local holidays, and other factors beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will share a courier name and tracking number via email or SMS (where available).

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier’s website or tracking page.


5. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

  • Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery 1–3 times at the shipping address provided.

  • If the delivery is not successful due to reasons such as incorrect address, unreachable phone number, door locked, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, we may:

    • Deduct two-way shipping charges and handling fees from any eligible refund, or

    • Charge re-shipping fees if you want the order to be sent again.

Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.


6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

We take great care in packing and shipping our products. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged or broken item,

  • A wrong product (incorrect model, color, or variant), or

  • A shipment with missing items,

please do the following within 24–48 hours of delivery:

  1. Take clear photos and/or videos of:

    • The outer packaging (showing any damage),

    • The product, and

    • The shipping labels.

  2. Email us at wudubasin.contact@gmail.com or contact@mevishceramic.com with:

    • Your order number,

    • Description of the issue, and

    • The photos/videos.

We will review the case and work with you to repair, replace, or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


7. Large / Heavy Items & Installation

Many of our Wudu Basins are large, heavy, and fragile, and may require:

  • Proper handling at the time of delivery, and

  • Professional installation by a qualified plumber or contractor.

  • Delivery is curbside / ground-level only unless otherwise specified by the courier.

  • Installation, fitting, and on-site handling are not included in standard shipping unless clearly mentioned in your order confirmation.

Please inspect the item before installation. Once installed or used, certain claims (especially minor cosmetic issues) may not be eligible for return or refund.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Shipments, if applicable)

  • For any international shipments, local customs duties, import taxes, and any other clearance charges (if applicable) will typically be borne by the customer, unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

  • Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.


9. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible at wudubasin.contact@gmail.com or +91 81558 72218.

  • We may be able to update the address before dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, we might not be able to change the address. Any rerouting or re-shipping charges (if allowed by the courier) will be payable by you.


10. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the indicated timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays or operational issues,

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other force majeure events,

  • Customs delays (for international shipments), or

  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by you.
