What is covered under warranty?
- 5-year limited warranty on basin structure and pure-brass accessories against manufacturing defects.
- Support for leaks or functional issues arising from product defects.
- Technical guidance for standard installation and usage.
What is not covered?
- Damage due to impact, mishandling or dropping the product.
- Scratches or stains from harsh chemicals or abrasives.
- Issues caused by improper / non-standard plumbing installation.
- Modifications or repairs done by unauthorised technicians.
