Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, undamaged, with all original tags, accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at wudubasin.contact@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you will be asked to send the item to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, and whether a return shipping label will be provided or if you need to arrange shipping yourself. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective or damaged, or

  • you receive the wrong item,

so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases, we may ask for photos or videos of the damage/issue to speed up resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products (for example, special sizes, custom colors, or personalized items).

  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified after delivery.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order or before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (subject to this policy). Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
